Preparation\/submission of a support application form<\/p>\n

The applicant prepares an application summarizing consultation details and submitthree pieces of the new support application form<\/b>to the University (accepted at the Office for Students with Disabilities).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Internal assessment<\/p>\n

The UEC holds a meeting to examine the application received. Then, it determines eligibility and support details.
