services for Students
The University works with students with disabilities to find a way to remove environmental barriers in their learning and will do the best to deal with the matter. Services will be provided based on the student’s request and available support may differ from one person to another. In addition to the environment arrangement, we offer students with disabilities an opportunity to have a personal meeting with the Office staff about a self-solution. If you have any questions such as “Can this support be provided?,” “Am I eligible?,” or “What should I do?,” please feel free to contact the Office staff.

For students taking university entrance exams
The Office for Students with special needs holds an “individual consultation” in summer and fall open house days. Reservation is available. For additional information, please see each open house web page.

For newly admitted students
We send a pre-enrollment consultation application enclosed with enrollment documents to successful candidates. By submitting the form at the time of enrollment procedure, students with disabilities can seek consultation with the Office at an early stage.
For current faculty and graduate students
For all services, we have personal consultation and determine the type of support available based on individual circumstances. Let’s try to find a way together to achieve your full potential in your campus life.
